Windows Mail Issues

I have three problems when I go to open Windows Mail
Wont open first message is
Windows can not be started, initialize junk filtering. Your computer may be
out of memory or your disk is full. (0x80004005).
Then I get Windows Mail can compact the message store. This may take up to
a few minutes. When I do this it just gets stuck and never completes. Even
tried to let this run over night . Didn't work
When I click this off I get Windows Main could not be started because
MSOE>DLL could not be initialized.
Can anyone help me.......I have read all most threads and nothing is
working!!!
