Windows mail - import contacts

I transfered al my contacts to an excel format (2003), but can't seem to
transfer it back to Windows mail. Anyone can help?
 
In Windows Mail, go to FILE, IMPORT, WINDOWS CONTACTS....make sure the file
is saved in a CSV file within EXCEL and you should be able to import.
