from Comcast to Windows Mail?

My wife has Comcast email (SmartZone). I'm trying to change her email to
Windows mail but I can't seem to complete the process. The first time I
tried, I was able to transfer her Contact list into Windows mail. But for
some reason I can't transfer her messages and when I email her it still goes
to SmartZone. I have set up her windows mail exactly as told but it doen't
'transfer'. I did the same transfer for myself from Smartzone to Windows
mail on my own User page 6 months ago and have never had a problem. Any
suggestions?

I am sorry, but your question is very unclear. I sure don't understand what
you are asking. If you need help with SmartZone (whatever that is) then you
need to use a forum, newsgroup or web site for it; or call them for customer
service. You say you are having problems but you need to provide more
information before you can get help. As best as I can tell, you need to
transfer messages in SmartZone to Windows Mail and that is a function of
SmartZone, not Windows Mail.

Look at the Comcast email account setup in Tools - Accounts - Properties and
compare it to yours since you say yours is working (yours is a
"@comcast.net" e-address too, right?).
