I've got my Windows Mail folders in a real mess!

When I reinstalled Vista I pointed WM at the old store folder on
another drive, but instead of just picking up the old messages, it
filed them under "Recovered ...".

The store folder then had two "Local Folders" so I deleted on of them,
thinking it was no longer in use. When I restarted, WM found the
messages and put them in another Recovered folder.

What is the best way to sort out this mess?

move the individual folders under RECOVERED to the Local Folders section of WM.
or in the case of duplicate names, just move the messages in the RECOVERED folder.
