Missing folders in the mail "store folder"?

Bob

My user account name is Bob1.
"C:\Users\Bob1\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Local Folders" appears
to be where my emails are stored or the "store folder". Some folders are
missing from this "store folder" location. In my Windows Mail application
these "missing" folders are there and functioning fine. Are these "missing"
folders contained somewhere in my store folder and I just can't see them?

Why I am asking is for backup. When I do the automatic backup using Vista
Backup & Restore I check the email box to backup my emails. My real
question is: Does Vista Backup & Restore include all my emails and email
folders including these "missing" but still functioning email folders?

Thank you for your help.

Tried it. It did expose hidden folders. I cannot see the missing (but
functioning) folders in windows mail. Where are they? Bob

Do a search for the folder names. They should be subdirectories of Local
Folders and should be named after the folder name.
