If no improvement after disabling email scanning, consider upgrading
to Windows Live Mail, because it is less prone to suffering bad effects
from overly intrusive antivirus programs: http://download.live.com/wlmail
It is sill the same also when I turn off my virusscanner.

But when man not can start the programs man can not fix it.
Is it not away to install windows Mail again with out to reset the PC.

You may need to uninstall the antivirus software you have and get something
different. Try compacting and repairing the database and see if that helps: www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/
