Can't get onto Mail from another website

When I am on a website & hit contact us, I get a message saying windows mail
cannot open because another program is using it. maybe a virus scanner. I get
a error # 0x800C0155,2. Also something about MSOE,DLL can' find. What do I
need to do to correct this?

Do you normally use Windows Mail to send emails? If so, it sounds like
Windows Mail doesn't have all its defaults.
Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from
the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item:
"Set your default programs."
After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Windows
Mail". If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults"
then fix it by clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow.

If that did not correct the problem, which antivirus are you running?
Some of them cause problems with Windows Mail over time.

I am using CA as anti-virus. I did what you suggested & now it says it is low
on system resources or low on memory or unstable. My computer is only 1 yr
old so it shouldn't be low on memory. I don,t have any programs on that would
zap the memory

If you have CA email scanning enabled, disable it.
