Windows Mail and Wirless

I love wireless on the internet but cannot get the mail on my Vista system to
recognise this is how I connect and it won't send and recieve e-mails.
Can I use wireless with the e-mail on vista? I have looked everywhere and if
I attempt to change the connection section on the e-mail it buggers up the
Internet side.
What do I have to do to get the mail to work using the wireless to connect
and send and recieve e-mails?

'Tools|Options|Connection', make sure "Hang up after sending and receiving"
is not checked; 'Tools|Accounts|Mail|Properties|Connection', make sure
"Always connect to this account using" is not checked.

Tools | Accounts
Do the following for _all_ accounts:
Select the account and click Properties.
On the connection tab Uncheck "Always connect to this account using:".
