Windows Mail Account

Hello. While setting up my windows mail for vista for the first time I
encountered a problem. When pluggin in my email it says that windows email no
longer takes http web-based emails. Well what other email am I supposed to
use. HOw do I create one? aslo, it says something about incoming mail server
and outgoing mail server name. What are those?
