Windows Logon Problems

Have several servers that when logging onto the system,
enter admin or other account id and passwords.

The server then "hangs" on the loading your personal
settings screen.

After 5 mins the server will kick out into the logon
screen.

Reboots are the only thing that seems to solve this
problem. Any ideas are welcome as to what is causing
this.

Hi there.

Check the disk space, virtual memory usage and registry usage on these
servers.

Check the event logs on these servers, especially the events that occur
during the logon attempt and during system startup. Make sure you are
auditing account logon events and logon events. Compare the data to what you
see on a similar server that doesn't have the issue and post the results if
you find anything interesting or strange.
