A week ago I had the problem of windows security not allowing me into windows
mail.Login window kept appearing for user name and password.I downloaded
windows live mail and 2 days later had the same thing. I have just done a
system restore to as far back as i can go and Hay it worked. Now my mail cant
wait to get here. This worked for me.
Now Ive said that it will be back tomorrow!

That type of problem is usually caused by interference from a non-
compatible antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running?
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus must be turned off,
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.
In a worst case scenario, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled.

Email scanning in any antivirus must be disabled, for reasons
explained here:
