PASSWORD FOR INCREDIMAIL? 6/28/09

HI
I JUST BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER AND THE EMAIL I HAD FOR NINE YEARS WILL NOT
WORK I FORGOT MY PASSWORD.I REALLY LIKE THIS EMAIL PROVIDER AND DON'T KNOW
WHAT TO DO TO GET IT BACK WORKING.I PHONER COMCAST.NET BUT DIDNT UNDERSTAND
WHAT HE WAS TELLING ME.I'M OLD AND HARD OF HEARING.I ASKED MY NEPHEW TO CALL
BUT THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT THE PASSWORD.IS THERE SOMEONE OUT
THERE THAT CAN HELP ME? THE ONLY PLACE I CAN RECEIVE MAIL NOW IS WITH
WINDOWS MAIL.I GUESS WHAT I MUST DO IS KEEP CHECKING THIS WEBSITE.I'LL KEEP
WATCHING AND HOPINH.

Have your nephew call Comcast again and ask them to reset the
password for the account. Incidentally, leaving your Caps Lock key
down is ill-advised and likely to lead to password trouble.
