Windows lockups

hello.

Lately my computer have begun to lockup during some games
and today for the first time computer froze when i was
watching a video in windows.
Sometimes it can go hours before it lockup sometimes it
does it very often. i Have installed all the lates
drivers for grafics card.

My computer spec:
ATI radeon 9600 pro grafics card
CT9PJL Chaintech motherboard
1 gig ddr 400 ram
2.6 GhZ intel pentium 4
cmedia 8738 integrated audio card

can somone help me?

Have you updated the audio drivers )you can't from the cmedia site, but IIRC
you can via Windows update)?
