Please help blue error screen

Hi

While i was trying to get connected to the internet through a dial up
connection i got a blue screen with this error

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent
damage to your computer.
The problem seems to be caused by the following file: S1ntha1.sys
Page_Fault_in_Nonpaged area

STOP:0x00000050 (0xE964E964, 0x00000000, 0xEC742232, 0x00000002)
S1ntha1.sys address EC742234 base at EC72D000, Datestamp 3C027590

This error i have been getting lately,i didn't install new software or
hardware lately so i don't know what could be causing this.I would very much
appreciate if you can tell me what this file that is causing this error
belong to whether it's a hardware or a software problem or if it is related
to my modem.

I use windows XP professional
Pentium 4 CPU 3.0 GHZ
Motherboard: GA-8IPE1000
RAM 512
Display card ATI Radeon 7000
Modem: NetoDragon 56K voice modem
