You don't actually need Windows Live Mail to fix this, you can do the same
thing with every other email client.

The problem is that you haven't set up an account. And you have to set it
up yourself, only you know the settings.

Go to Tools, Accounts, Add, email Account. At the next page fill in the
spaces and check "Manually configure server settings for an email account".

Use the information provided by your ISP or email provider for your email
address, username and password, and the send and receive servers and related
settings. We can't know what those settings are; if you don't know,
contact your ISP or email provider for the information.

Perhaps you could share your expectations with us.
Did you really expect a mail account to be installed on your
computer without any intervention or input on your part?

You will need to get a mail account from your Internet service
provider (ISP) or from a separate mail provider like Gmail or
Hotmail.
