Windows keeps starting in diagnostic mode.

Windows keep starting in diagnostic mode. How do I do I correct this
problem? Thanks.
 
Hi,

Click start/run or hit the winkey+r and type MSCONFIG into the prompt, then
click ok. On the general tab click on either normal or selective startup.
Click apply/ok and reboot.
