windows keeps crashing

I recently wiped my hard drive and before and after the wipe my windows crashs, it doesnt crash on any particular program sometimes it crashs on boot so its mostly at rando
any ideas whats causing it?
 
This could be one of many problems. Are you running antivirus programs, spyware, and adaware? Did you do all the updates before you (wiped ) your hard drive? Are you connected to the internet now and before? Without updating windows and antivirus software you maybe getting a worm or virus as soon as you log on to the internet. This maybe the same problem before and after the (wipe). This could be a hardware problem also. Your power supply maybe going bad, your hard drive, memory or motherboard. Without knowing more info it is hard to tell. Are you getting any error messages when this happens? Let us know and good luck.
