Windows internet explorer error message

everytime I load up my compture the following error message appears and I
can't see how to fix it.

'file:///c:/windows/privacy_danger/index.htm'.
 
How is this in any way related to Microsoft Office Outlook?

Anyway, your system appears to be infected. Run a virus scan and spyware
removal tool to fix it. There are also numerous Google hits on this with
solutions available.
