Desktop Background

I had some problems with spyware that I fixed but it left me with a white
desktop background. In Display Properties I have a theme selected with a
picture but it only displayes briefly when I start the computer. Then I get
an Explorer error message that it can't find
C:\windows\privacy_danger\index.htm. Help!

I had the same problem. Used SpyBot to get rid of the spyware. Then did a
System Restore for a date before the spyware appeared, which restored the
missing file.
Everything now seems fine.
