Background, screen saver error message

When I try to change my background and when my screen saver tries to come on
I am getting this error message:

Cannot find 'file:///C:/WINDOWS/privacy_danger/index.htm'. Make sure the
path or Internet address is correct.

My background won't change from a plain white background either and the
screen saver doesn't come on, just this message.

any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Ultimate Defender, or other malwares probably infest your system. Download
this, and run it, then go to a Hijackthis site to post your log. You probably
have other infections too.
