I tried to install some windows products and I get an error message :

"The windows installer Service could not be accessed. Tnis can occur if the
windows installer is not correctly installed"

Where can I go to download the installer?

Carey,
I think I have a real problem. I tried the #94 installer fix first, it
didn't work I tried the installer utility, it uses the windows installer,
and I get the error message, it won't install. I am unable to install any
program that uses the installer.

Any other options?
