Windows Installer

I have been trying to load java script onto my computer but keep getting an
error message saying that it could not carry out a time and date stamp and
that it was something to do with windows installer, has anyone else had this
and if so do you know a way of solving the problem

make sure the time and date on your computer are correct.
if wrong, it can cause that error.

time and date are set correctly but still won't work

any other ideas ??
