Every time I start microsoft outlook, the windows
installer box comes up and annoys the crap outta me. I
thought it was a problem with Microsoft Office but when i
tried to uninstall it to reinstall it, there was an error
message that read: "The Windows Installer service could
not be accessed. This can occur if you are running
Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not
correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for
assistance." Anyone know the problem or how to fix it?
