windows installer

can anyone help me as windows installer keep on comming up on my pc but it
never installs anything ..

any help would be greatfull ..

Do you run any applications while it comes up?

Sometimes it just updates programs.

no i dont do anything it just comes up and it never does anything .

i have to use windows task manager to get rid but after a few mins it comes
back ..
