When using software from non windows applications to download updates (Nero
and HP) MSI Starter error message states that it has encountered a problem
and needs to close .The error seems to occur when downloads are to be run on
to my system .Have updated Installer with the most recent download 3.1 but
made no difference.I do not have any problem downloading or installing via
I.E Does not seem to be my Firewall. . Can anyone help
 
cleared HP download problem with a combination of installing with safe then
regular mode tried the same with Nero ,it did not work.Same error in regular
mode but the error in safe mode was the fact that I was in safe mode or MSI
is wrongly installed.Any ideas
