Windows Installer Service Serious Problems

Hello Everybody,
I've unnecessairly deleted Windows installer service
(using srvinst.exe tool) and at this time I can't
add/remove msi files . I've tried to add this service
using srvinst.exe tool, but without success. I've also
tried to reinstall windows installer software, but I've
get errors...

Please advice me what I should do ...

If the Windows Installer setup (InstMsiW.exe) fails, you
could try reinstalling the latest Windows service pack
(SP4 for Win2K).
