windows installer running when i do anything

it does'nt matter what i do windows installer runs for microsoft office standard how can i fix this?
 
Go to run,type:services.msc In msc scroll down to installer,double click

Let it run all the way through once. Likely something's amiss in
Office. If it keeps going, reinstall Office (and reapply any Office
updates you installed).
