Hi,
Nothing specific, but have you:
- Checked that the application you are installing is Vista compatible?
- Asked the program vendor for assistance with their software setup?
- Checked the event viewer for additional information?
- Tried the installer cleanup utility?
(

- Disabled antivirus/antispyware software?

Thanks for the info. What I did was to do a system restore. That fixed the installer. Also, it kept getting blocked by DEP. I stopped the DEP from blocking installs and between the both of them, it seems to be working now. But I am still trying to fix the auto run on my side. I am the admis. but it quit running a few days ago only on my side. We have checked and rechecked all the settings, but it still won't work. But Thanks again for your help, CC
