windows installer or ms office problem ?

When I reboot or open a program (excel etc)..the ms o pops up then windows
installer then ms o groove popup......I did uninstall groove before and Im
sure is the problem somehow......??? :-/ sorry tried loads of links
previous,not understand some completely.....Im thinking I should just
reformat??? Any help oohhh so greatfully appreciated.

Have followed your link and also gone through as best I could with the
''Manual Uninstallation'' of MS O 2007......There is no more Windows
Installer popup but now I am getting an MS O Groove Error Report saying ,MS
O Groove has encountered a problem and needs to close etc.???
