Windows Installer Gone Psycho

Since the origins of my problem are with the use of the Office 2003 Resource
Kit Removal Wizard I wasn't sure whether to post this here or not.

I used the Wizard in attempt to rid my computer of old Office 2003 files. I
now use Office 2007 B2TR. However after removing these files, Windows
Installer starts up after reboots, starting all applications, and even
opening this dialog box!

Any ideas?
