Windows Installer Error Message

I could not install, Windows Installer Error Message like this: "This
installation pakage is not supported by this processortype. Contact your
product vendor."
I'm susing the Sony Vaio PCG-GRT 390ZP, Intel Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.8GHz.
Please tell me which processor is supported.

Hello Cuong,

There are 2 downloads
One for a 32bit is named Windos Defender.msi
The other 64 is only for the 64bit OS. is named windows Defender64.msi
Which one you download?
Now try the other one

I think this symptom indicates an incomplete download.

Download again and save to the desktop--or some convenient location.

If time permits--try downloading twice and compare the file sizes.

Pls check if you downloaded the 64bit version of installation pack instead
of 32bit one.
