Problem with instalation

After i downloaded the Windows Defender X64, ive gone to it to install and it
opens up but come up with this message: This installation package is not
supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor.

And won't proceed. Please help

ikmartin is correct--you have the wrong version for your machine--download
the standard 32-bit download..
