Windows Installer CleanUp Utility for XP

I did not uninstall Norton Antivirus 2002 before
installing XP Home Edition; Symantec advises to uninstall
manually because the program was installed under
Win98SE. To uninstall manually I must first use
Microsoft's Window Installer CleanUp Utility, but your
site article says the msi.dll for 2.0 or later is not
supported by WinXP. So what do I use to uninstall a
program in XP that was originally installed under Win98SE?

Debbie,

Consider using rnav.exe tool from symantec. Removes the Norton Antivirus
software completely.

I installed the cleanup utility, but the NAV 2002 is not
listed in the window. So that was useless. Thanks for
your help.
