Windows install wizard

When I try to add or remove progams using Windows install
wizard, I get the msg "The install package could not be
opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can
access it." Is there any type of fix for this. I've
encountered this problem when trying to install msn
messenger 6.1 and Logitech suite. I also get this message
when trying to remove msn messenger 6.0. Also standalone
programs that do not use install wizard load and remove
just fine.

Does this pertain to Windows Embedded, if not Office? If Office, after SP2?
