Windows Install Dialog Problem

Somehow my install/repair dialog box will only display up to a certain size,
so that much is cropped off.
Smaller, older, and simple dialogs don't have this problem.
It is most apparent in such dialogs like the Windows Office boxes that have
multiple choices.
