windows ie tiling problem

I just downloading yahoo im, and also dreamweaver. Now,
I cannot open more than one window of ie at a time. I
used to be able to open multiple windows, but now can
only open one. The taskbar only shows 1 ie also. If I
click any link, file, or transfer to another window, even
saying "open in new window", the old window is
immediately gone, and a new one opens, without a back
button usually.

Any help would be HIGHLY appreciated! Thanks.

From what you have said, your problems began after you downloaded two
programs. Therefore, you have two choices:

1. Use the System Restore function to return your system to the condition it
was in before you did these downloads. It's safe, fast and easy. Type
"system restore" into your Help and Support, choose the wizard, and go on
from there.

2. Contact user groups for these two programs to get you out of this pickle.
