Windows ICS

Does the Windows ICS option only come up after another
computer is connected the the main computer or does
something have to be installed for that option to show
up? I am asking because I would like to connect my Xbox
to the interent using this method, but I have not seen
the Windows ICS option only the Internet Connection
Firewall, maybe because I do not have the Xbox connected
yet.

The ICS option only appears when all of these are true:

1. There are at least two enabled, connected network connections: one
for the Internet, and one or more for the LAN.

2. The Internet Connection Firewall is disabled on the LAN
connection(s).

3. The Internet connection isn't bridged.
