windows has disabled remote access... (WinXP)

In Windows XP Home, when one tries to share a folder for the first
time, I know a screen including this message is displayed...

"As a security measure, windows has disabled remote access to this
computer. However, you can enable remote access and safely share files
by running the Network Setup Wizard

If you understand the security risks but want to share files without
running the wizard, click here."

I enabled sharing and would now like to disable it and put the message
back in place.

Can I do that?

If not, how do I at least disable remote access again?

I think that by unchecking the box "Share this folder on the network."
I only unshare that one folder. I want to disable remote access in
general.
