Windows has blocked software

Since XP SP2, I am receiving the following message when I
try to run an online training program. Message is as
follows;

Windows has blocked software because it can't verify the
publisher.


How can I resolve this issue?

Check Publishers website to see if they have any updates for the particular
actice X control that is being blocked.

Also, click on banner to allow pops temporarily to see if it will solve the
issue.
