Windows has blocked access to these files to help to protect your computer

PROBLEM (This had me going for ages!)
OK - you have downloaded/received a zip file that you know you need and
it won't open, you get the message "Windows has blocked access to these
files to help to protect your computer ".

SOLUTION
You probably have XP. The solution is to use Winzip or WINRAR (type it
in to Google) and you will be able to unzip your file.

REASON
It's something to do with the way the programme was compiled
