Windows hangs while browsing

Having problems recently with Windows ME hanging while
browsing. Windows and IE all at latest revs. Deleted
spyware off multiple times.

Are there any diagnostic tools that will test IE along
with windows?

How current are your AdAware and Spybot definition table?

Both of the tools may not remove this nasty one, get the removal tool.
