windows freezing...

I posted yesterday that my explorer.exe file keeps freezing my comp. I said
when I open My Documents folder, it freezes and i have to reboot my comp... I
was asked what changed when this started....nothing changed. I can tell you
what I was doing when it started though... I was using my PC cam to take
pictures, and they automatically save in My Documents foder, so i had that
open and I was deleting some pictures, and my computer froze.. and ever since
it's been doing that. Any ideas how to fix it??????? I would hate to have to
restore comp back to factory settings.. takes so long.

You might try a scandisk. That can help if a document in the My
Documents folder is damaged.

Open My Computer, right-click the C: drive, click "Properties", "Tools"
tab, "Error Checking" button.
