Windows freezes

windows freezes badly requiring me to completly log off
or turn the power off.I have tryed everything Dell
support has told me except reinstalling everything ...it
freezes so bad that I cant even get to task mananger to
shut down programs...Please help!!!!

Hey Rodney - do a whole bunch of little colorful boxes
pop up when it freezes?

no it just freezes on what ever page I am viewing and I
have to completly log off to do anything else..-----
