WINDOWS FONT WONT CHANGE

WINDOWS FONT

I AM HAVING PROBLEMS BECAUSE MY NOTEBOOK HAS JUST HAD XP
INSTALLED. EVERYTHING WORKS EXCEPT I CANNOT CHANGE FONTS
ANYWHERE ON THE COMPUTER CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?
