Cannot install OpenTyp fonts in Windows XP

Hello.

I have installed a new fresh version of windows XP and I found I cannot
install my own set of OpenType fonts into the system (from katalog).

Does anyone encounter such problem like mine?

I have tried everything. Corel's Font Navigator (says it cannot load
fonts) then as I though it faulty program, i tried Font Expert but it
says exactly the same. After cheking Extensis Suitcase Font Manager, I
thought I have faulty set of fonts but my friend gave me a well working
OpenType font which works perfectly and it happens exactly the same with
those fonst.

Where is the problem that I can't install any OpenType fonts into the
system? TrueType fonts work perfectly.

Regards.
