windows firewall problem

i've been running norton antivirus with its own firewall, however i tried to
load windows firewall and a message of [due to an unidentified
problem.windows cannot display windows firewall settings'

ayn ideas

Norton Internet Security "Overrides" or installs it's own Security
monitoring facility. This disables the Windows Security Center.
It's doubtful you can engage the Windows Firewall while NIS &
Symantec WMI services are running/active.

One should only run one firewall at a time.
