Windows Firewall and IIS

I'm using windows xp sp2 with windows firewall turned on, and also i'm
running a ftp server using IIS comes with win xp. how do i allow traffic on
my ftp? obviously i can't do it in exception tab in windows firewall, should
i use the add port option? i'm confused, please help...
