We use our windows fax as our receiving fax machine for our business. We had
a tech guy come in to install a new backup system and all of a sudden, for
each fax received, two copies are saved to hard drive. Anyone have any
answers?

Maybe one of those is a "backup"????

Ask your "tech guy" to come back and fix his problem.
