I swapped out a bad motherboard out of my system, and now after I put the new
one in, Windows refuses to start...even in safe mode. I realize what I did,
though. My old mobo had a VIA chipset and the new one has a Nvidia chipset. I
tryed manually deleting any files that had VIA in it, but Windows still won't
start. I have a feeling that I have to reinstall Windows. If so, could
someone tell me what I'll lose? I am a music producer, and cannot afford to
lose these files. The My Doc folder and some contacts, I can deal with.
Thank you for all and any advice.
