Hello

Could someone please help me on how could I customize the: Windows
Explorer's Yellow Note that displays File Summary Info while hovering
on an icon. For example, for Microsoft Word files it shows the Author
but in case I need it to show the "Last Saved By" what should I do?

Thanks

1. Click STart > Run
2. Type "regedit" (Without quotes) > CLick OK
3. [HKEY-CLASSES-ROOT\.doc]
4. Right side, Note the value-data of "Default"
5. Open key [HKEY-CLASSES-ROOT\<ValueInStep4>]
6. Right side, create a new value named "InfoTip" (Only if it doesn't exist)
7. If you created the value in Step 6 then change the value of InfoTip to:
prop:Write
If not then add the following at the end of the value of "InfoTip" :
;Write
Then it will look like something :
prop:Type;DocSubject;DocTitle;Size;Write
8. Close Registry Editor. No need to reboot.

If it doesnt work then, Export the key that you opened in Step5 and then post the
exported reg file.
